Will there be pre-sales when items are being restocked?
We love offering our Customers a chance to get their hands on popular items before they're officially restocked! When we have pre-sales or early access for restocked items, we'll announce it through our emails and social media. Be sure to stay tuned for updates so you don't miss out!
What is your returns policy?
BreezyFeed offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online store credit. Our store credits are valid for 36 months, so you have plenty of time to find something else you love.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
First of all, we are so sorry to hear this! Please email us at info@breezyfeed.com.au with your name, order details, and photos of the faulty and/or damaged item, and we'll assist you right away.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. All purchases made on BreezyFeed are final. However, you're welcome to return your item for a store credit, which you can use for future purchases.
